I love to write. Even though I love the computer, I’m still old fashioned. Nothing feels better than sitting down by the lake and putting my pen to the paper.

I’ve noticed since I’ve started working at Flamingo, I constanly have thoughts running through my mind and if I don’t write them down… they’re gone! I have two different Moleskin journals that I use, and one little mini one that I use to just jot down my thoughts. Moleskin’s are convenient, stylish, and pretty affordable. Do you use Moleskin journals to write down your thoughts too?

What a crazy launch weekend of the brand new series “Heroes and Villains.” Pastor Troy spoke on “Purple Cow Pain” so lovely Mabel, the Purple Cow, joined us for all the services at Flamingo! Check out some of the CRAZY stuff that God allowed to happen at Flamingo…

- 12,221 in attendance at all our campuses
- 444 come-forward responses
- 143 baptism sign-ups
- 3 brand new services at our Cooper City, Hallandale Beach and Pensacola campuses
- The launch of our Family Fun Sundays at our Cooper City and Hallandale campuses
- Almost 1000 students, 1000 children and for the first time, we had our Hallandale Beach campus knock on the door of 1000

So, about a month ago, we here at Flamingo started streaming our LIVE services to the iPhone. Whenever we are streaming a service on www.frclive.tv, you can catch it on your iPhone! We’ve heard great feedback, and even our Internet Campus buddy, Jeff Mason from the UK watches it on there. How cool is that?

Now, us streaming to the iPhone is not what’s crazy. What’s crazy, is that Arturo De La Mora ( our Internet Campus GENIUS ) figured out a way to stream two seperate services to the iPhone. On Wednesday, we had the oppurtunity to hear Pastor Troy Gramling give us a “sneak peek” on the brand new upcoming series called, “Heroes and Villains.” Now, the only thing is, that we also stream theRUSH online at that same time on Wednesday nights! We were supposed to stream the “sneak peek” service at the same time that we were streaming theRUSH… what were we gonna do? Well, Arturo figured out a way to give the user an option of which they wanted to pick. If they clicked on the left… they’d get the “sneak peek” service. If they clicked on the right… they’d get theRUSH! Not only did he figure out how to do this on a computer, but he gave the user the exact SAME option on the iPhone! From what I’m aware, this is the 1st time I have seen this done.

I am so honored and blessed to serve alongside the awesome and ridiculously talented Internet Campus team at Flamingo! : )
